Return and Refund Policy
Our return and product support is limited to items purchased directly from Looch&Quigley (L&Q) 24 S. Main St. Ste. B Ellijay, GA 30540, or at loochandquigley.com. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 7 days from the time of purchase. Unworn, unwashed, unused, or defective items can be returned for a full refund. Items must be returned with all original packaging, tags, and receipt. All returns are only accepted at the discretion of Looch&Quigley.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. All returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. This restocking fee will be deducted from refund amount.
If you received free shipping or any other type of discount, this will be deducted from any amount refunded and is additive to the restocking fee.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping and return shipping (if we paid it) will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
